DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over $75!

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

  • There is a $8 flat rate shipping fee on all orders.  For orders over $75, we offer FREE shipping!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

  • We aim to pack and ship all orders within 72 hours from our factory in Anchorage, Alaska.

  • Once a shipment is labeled and awaiting carrier pick-up, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

  • Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your order on its journey to you.

MY PACKAGE IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.

  • It's possible your order was delivered to the wrong address or simply hiding at another entrance.

  • If you are still unable to locate your package, email us at orders@elevatedoats.com and we’ll do what we can to help track it down for you!

  • Hurry! There’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order.

  • At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEMS.

  • Oh no! It is always our intention to ship out every order in its entirety.

  • If you received an incomplete or wrong order, please email orders@elevatedoats.com and we will get a replacement out to you!

MY ITEMS ARE DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED.

  • All our products undergo quality assurance procedures to ensure they live up to our high standards.
