SHIPPING/FULFILLMENT POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 10.

 

Shipments are picked up every Tuesday and Thursday and delivered via FedEx 2nd Day Air. This results in estimated arrivals on the following Thursday and Monday, barring any National Holidays. Large bulk orders, or orders during periods of high volume, can result in delays. Any customers whose orders are not fulfilled within 10 business days will be contacted, via email, with an estimated time that the order will be completed.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

All Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS.

Physical addresses are preferred for better rates, but P.O. Boxes can be accommodated.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 

Tracking numbers are emailed as soon as the order is fulfilled and a shipping label is printed.

These are sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

 

Elevated Oats is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

 

Elevated Oats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Elevated Oats does not currently provide International Shipping Options.
